One of our main goals here at the National Association of Tax Lien Investors is to provide you, the investor with educational resources to be successful. Part of that is weeding out the Junk. Unfortunately, there are a lot of courses being sold online and on late night infomercials that are really just junk.

The BAD

John Beck – Dont bother… You will spend more time trying to get your money back than you will gaining useful knowledge. This course is full of hype and scenarios that will not really happen in tax lien investing. The main goal of John Beck’s course is to get you to hire them as a mentor in tax lien investing. However, their “mentors” have NEVER purchased tax lien certificates… Our advice…. STAY AWAY!

Carlton Sheets – Dont be fooled. This course will get you nowhere in tax lien investing. Dont waste your time.

Trump University Tax Lien Course – This is just another hyped up course that donald trump has sold the license to his name for. Donald trump has never bought tax liens. Neither have any of the instructors. This course should not be trusted and is really a shame for the tax lien industry. You will be left feeling ripped off.

Rich Mastery Tax Lien Course – Similar to the Trump University Tax Lien Course. This is also really a shame for the tax lien industry and gives tax liens a bad name. Stay Away.
