	<description><![CDATA[<p>Where I live (Maryland), you can buy nothing for a couple of hunders. i mean, you can buy junk that you won&#39;t to foreclose on cause it is junk that no one wants, even the owner. If you buy in hopes to foreclose on the property, you will probably need to buy 20 to 35 tax lien certificates and maybe you&#39;ll foreclose on one.</p>
