Hi, I have my eye on a lot close to my place, which is going up for auction since the owner failed to pay his taxes. How do I get this place?

You can't get the place, the redemption period in Georgia is one year, which means that the owner has one year to pay his taxes. At the auction you will only bid for tax liens, no the property itself.
