If you google “tax lien ebook” this is one of the first ones that shows up.  Lien baron is a fund that invests in tax liens, so they know what they are talking about.

For a Free ebook, this provides some good information on tax liens in general, along with what to avoid and what to look for when buying tax liens.  This book also provides a chapter devoted to tax lien funds and what to look for when selecting a tax lien fund to invest in. 

Its actually pretty interesting, and is the only tax lien book that I have seen that talks about investing in tax liens through a private fund.

For Free its definitely worth the read.
