Overall this is not a bad product.  I think this course goes for $27 and actually provides some really good information.  Provides a good state by state breakdown, and a general overview of the tax lien industry.  Again, this course is probably not going to give you everything you need to know to be successful investing in tax liens long term.  But a decent buy for the price.
