I just came across his YouTube video “Tax Lien Investing – the cold hard facts to get started”.  Wow… First of all, the example he used of a foreclosed property is not one of his own.  That is example is from Taxsalelists.com (who is the real deal).  Second, at the end of his powerpoint, he is asking for a $10 donation and he will tell you where you can get county information on the places you want to invest. 

Well, I will give it to you right here, for FREE.  Its http://www.NACO.org.  You can look up all the information you need on any county in the US.

There, just saved you $10 and the feeling of being ripped off.
