This product is pretty good for the price.  There is a pretty comprehensive state by state breakdown included in the course along with some good introductory information on tax lien investing.  For the price, this is a good deal.  However, reading this course is probably not going to give you all the information you need to know to be successful long term in tax lien investing.

Overall, i would recommend this course to the beginning investor to get an overall knowledge of the tax lien industry.
