Hi, I just want to know if I can buy tax liens if I don't even live in the US?

Short answer – yes, you can. There are only a few states that require you to live in them in order to purchase tax liens, but these states are far and between.

You don't need to be a US citizen, but you have to either be a permanent resident or a taxpaying visa holder, cause you will need to pay taxes on your profits. If you make money in the US, you need to pay taxes… In the US.
