Hi, I've heard tax liens can yield up to 15% interest, is this true? How do I get started in this investment business?
How do I find real estate records? Any information would be helpful.

Tax liens are usually auctioned once a year by the county property tax collector and the auction is open to the public. You should contact the tax collector in your county and get the date of the auction and learn about the procedures too.

Calling your local county assessor or tax collector is one way to start, although I suggest you buy a book or two before you invest any money – the interest that you can earn can be high, but you need to know what you are doing.
