Hi, I purchased property at a foreclosure and I found out that the IRS has a tax lien that I have to pay, but I don't think I can afford this right now. What can I do about this?

Hi, Tom.

Welcome to the board. I am by no means an expert when it comes to IRS liens and levies, but as far as I know the IRS tax liens are superior, the one thing you can try is to negotiate with the IRS regarding this lien, yet again see if you can find more info on Wikipedia (or try Google).
