Another redemption period question.

Shorter redemption periods vs. longer redemption periods? I know that the redemption periods vary from state to state – does it make any difference from an investment point of view?

If you are after the high interest rate, then consider states with long redemption periods.
If you want to acquire property cheaply, then you should find other states with shorter redemption periods.
