I just want to know who buys tax lines – individuals, big companies.

Tax liens are pretty safe investment, so even really large banks allocate money for tax liens, in some cases up to 100 or 200 millions. The competition varies from state to state, but it is out there.

Well, there's always competition, that shouldn't stop you from buying tax liens.
