Can you guys give me the pros and cons; can I really make money that easy?

Tax lien states offer up to 18% interest per year which will give you very good ROI, the longer you hold the lien, the more money you will earn. If the owner pays, then you will get the principal plus the interest.

At (rare) occasions you can buy good property cheaply (or at least way below the market value).

You make money from the interest rate, it is very rare that people do not pay taxes on property that has some real, although everything is possible.
