This is how it goes down (most of the time):
The county treasurer’s office is responsible for taking your registration information. You have to fill out a w-9(since your earnings will be reported to the IRS), you give then your name, address, and phone NO and get a bidding No. The they should give you the printed instructions for the auction. And then you go to the auction itsele, then it really depends on the state you are in, some places have a bid down auctions, some don't. Ususally before the auction they'll read the rules on emore time.
