Hi, I want to invest in tax liens, what do I need in order to start? Thank you!

You need cash that you don't need What I mean is that you should only use funds that you are not going to need for a while – when your certificate will be redeemed is up to the property owner. Then you need to learn what you are doing of course, or you will be making poor investment decisions.
