Unless the property is worthless, your chances are close to zero.

Can't remember the State statistics I read but it was like once out of 10 000 cases, your chances of paying $2000 for tax liens and getting a nice 4 bedroom house in a nice suburb are quite slim

Probably the best people to ask are the County Tax Collectors or Treasurers' Office, they should have that information.
