Hi, I just want to know which is the better way to make money. Buying houses, fixing them, and then selling them again, or buying tax liens.

Flipping houses probably, but then it’s far much riskier than buying tax liens.

You should know what you are doing in both cases, and you can lose much more money when trying to flip houses than with tax liens.
